Elite Domiciliary Care Ltd is a highly flexible and person-centred team whose aim is to offer you a unique personalised package of care and support.

Perhaps you or loved one needs help with getting up in the morning, support with washing and dressing and personal care, needs help with cooking or preparing a hot meal, needs support with medication prompting or administration or help to attend community appoints or with social opportunities and getting into bed a night whatever your unique needs Elite Domiciliary Care can help meet those needs.

 We offer packages of care that range from half hour, one off daily call or a series of visits a day up to providing 24-hour packages of care, we want to ensure that individuals are able to have the choice to remain in their own home in surrounds that are safe and familiar to them.

 

Our support team are highly trained caring and empathetic individuals and we try to match you with a small constant team. You can expect regular contact with the Responsible individual who will check quality with you, the deputy manager will regularly visit and complete you care plan and assessments and our Bespoke Person-centred manager will visit to ensure that your needs are being met, advocate your rights and act as a critical friend to the service. They can also support you to look at the things that are really important to you holistically and sign post you to other relevant services and agencies and highlight to teams the unique personalised details of how you like to be supported.

 

People We Support

 We support our services to Private Clients people who are above the financial threshold to be eligible funded care or if you are look to meet a need and want to pay privately for what you may not be funded for, please contact us directly so we can arrange an assessment.

We can also support individuals in receipt of Direct Payments through Social Services and who are commissioned through adult social care Wales. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding funding options.

Domestic & Cleaning Services

 

Elite Domiciliary care can provide you with assistance with house work, laundry and cleaning services our teams will provide a high standard of support for a minimum of half hour a week or as part of a daily care package please contact us to discuss your personal requirements and preferences.

 

Shopping & Community Appointments

​

Elite Domiciliary Care can provide individuals with support to go shopping or ordering online food deliveries  a dedicated member of the team can take individuals out to buy weekly groceries and essentials, visit the hairdresser, or attended medical and dental appointments. Our teams can offer advice and signpost to any nutritional information services or help you explore companies that can provide you with hot meals.

 

Community & Social Support

Elite domiciliary Care ltd has some dedicated staff that can provide social and emotional wellbeing calls, support with a range of social and emotional activities or support you to attend a community group or club, The Person-Centred manager can help you explore your community connections using a range of person centred tools to explore you passions and interests and support you to continue to remain connected within your local community.
