To provide exceptional, relevant outcome, focused, and quality person centered care to individuals living in their own homes, In the Caerphilly District. Our philosophy is to ensure that individuals can remain safe and continue to thrive with support in environments that matter to them. We exist to ensure all people eligible for care and support can access a service that exceeds standards. We have a dedicated leadership team with exceptional success stories and experiences in the industry operating with flair and enthusiasm and passion for people

What we believe must happen

  • Care and support services need to be reliable, flexible and led the people using the service delivered in a way that works for people and is delivered in the right way at the right time.

  • Everyone has the right where reasonably possible to live in their own home and be supported to maintain that 

  • Everyone has a voice and should be able to continue to contribute to the societies they live in and maintain the sense of who they are in their community.

Our Vision

  • To work in partnership all of our clients in a holistic therapeutic way which supports defined person-centered outcomes to be achieved

  • To support people with compassion, respect and dignity to deliver exceptional person-centered care

  • To have a workforce of highly motivated, trained and competent staff to provide exceptional levels of care and to act promptly to resolve any issues.

  • To give people a voice and provide regular opportunity to review, evaluate and shape the service we provide and create a learning transparent out facing organizational culture

  • To exceed people’s expectations helping people look at goals outside our remit using signposting methodology and person-centered tools and approaches.

  • To be employers that value all people equally deeply focusing on being a wellbeing team using and tools of person-centered planning with our staff to promote career progression, and ensure that people’s needs in work are understood and supported
