This is Mark Robinson Company Owner, Responsible Individual and Registered Manager.
Mark lives breaths and sleeps his passion for social care supporting people in the community to live well, achieve personalised outcomes and empowering people to live safetly in their own homes.
Mark has been a previous Domiciliary Care Owner/Director and Registered Manager in England for over 11 years who is proud to of been one of the first services in the West Midlands to receive an "Outstanding" rating with the Care Quality Commision along with improving ratings of services in a consultancy role.

Masters in Buisness Management in Health and Social Care
QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care
QCF level 4 and Registered Managers
Also level 3 and 2 in Health and Social Care
Expert by experience for England supporting Care Quality Commision Inspectors
Counselling certificate Wolverhampton University
Care consultant
20+ years experience within the health and social care sector.
Mark has moved to Wales and looks forward to supporting individuals in Caerphilly Borough providing a holistic and deeply caring service.
Mark in his spare time loves to walk his dogs, see friends and family and enjoys gardening and being creative.
Carlie Jones
This is Carlie, Carlie is a highly dedicated, passionate woman with a great professional work ethic and most of all she has a huge heart for serving people in her community. Carlie is from a small town in the Caerphilly Borough and is one of Elite Domiciliary Care Ltd Directors, along with being the services deputy manager.
Education and qualifications:
Carlie has extensive experience in the care industry and is working towards the completion of her QCF level 5 in leadership and management. She has previously been an manager for a Domiciliary service and is multi skilled within the sector.
Carlie also holds her QCF level 3 & 2 in Health and Social care along with a significant amount of care specific courses.
Carlie in her free time loves to read books and spend time with her family, friends and dog 🐶 Carlie also loves to bake.
Nicola Thompson
Nikki Thompson - Director
This is Nicola she was born in Caerphilly , Nicola is a dynamic, innovative thinker with a big empathetic heart. Nicola’s passion is being a voice for people using services and supporting staff to work effectively together by using person centred methodology and tools not only with clients but with our staff teams to ensure a person centred culture operates holistically throughout the service.
Nicola is one of Elite Domiciliary Care Ltd company directors and her role is (Person centred well-being manager ) taking a lead in staff well being and supporting people using the service to acheive personal goals and outcomes using person centred thinking tools
Qualifications and skills
Nicola has 21 years experience in the care sector winning an award in 2016 at the West Midlands care awards in innovation.
Chartered management institution level 5 in management
Dementia and meaningful occupation trainer
Person centred facilitation trainer acredited by Helen Sanderson associates.
Dare to lead trained by Brene Brown in compassionate communication and values
Expert by experience in youth mental health services and care Homes with CQC
Nicola is also multi sector trained with a background working in care Homes supporting outstanding practice and well-being coordinators.
In her free time Nikki adores singing ,acting, directing pantomimes and enjoying time with family and friends
